Spirit: A Woman's Journal and Guide to Discovering and Nurturing Her Spirit

by Paula Ezop

SPIRIT is a journal and guide that will help you get in touch with your spirit. When you actively take part in creating your spirit journal from SPIRIT's suggested ideas, your journal will live and breathe, your journal will become a part of you, and your journal will become your creation, your insight, and your inspiration.
SPIRIT is divided into five steps: Step 1--Finding God; Step 2--Asking God for Help and Guidance; Step 3--Growing in Spirit; Step 4--Using the Force, Using the Power; and Step 5--Spirit Forever. These five steps will be published in Inspirations in three installments: Step 1 in the Fall 2002 issue; Step 2 and Step 3 in the Winter 2002 issue; and Step 4 and Step 5 in the Spring 2003 issue.

Fifth Step…Spirit Dance Forever…

I have shared my journey with you. I must tell you that when I began on my journey I felt extremely uncomfortable writing about my relationship with God. My relationship had always been private, but God wanted me to write this journal, God guided me, and when I was searching for words, God gave them to me. Writing this journal was part of my spiritual journey, part of my developing relationship with God, part of my destiny, and part of my dream -- speaking out for God

Always remember you are worthy…

As your dreams come true, and they will, always remember that you are worthy of the success you have achieved, you are worthy of the abundance and prosperity that are yours! You are a child of God and you are worthy of all the best things that life can give to you for these are blessings from God…gifts from God

Pass on the power…

Pass on the power that you have found in discovering your spiritual connection to God. Let others know how to find their way to happiness…pass on the power…

I will pass on the power…I will pass on the light…
I will tell others the way to joy, the way to abundance, and the way to prosperity is through him,
All things are through him…
I will pass on the power…I will pass on the light…

No going back…

Once you have found your spirit…your strength…your power…your connection to God…there is no going back…only forward…you will continue on your journey…your spirit will dance in the glory of God forever…I have shared what I can with you, it is now up to you to continue on your journey, seeking your destiny, living your dream, and glorifying God! Everyone's journey is different and as you continue on your spiritual journey be sure to add your insights, your experiences, your revelations to this journal…God's blessings on your journey my friend…and may you find the light and grow in spirit…

You are of spirit…that's who you are…
You are the voice of kindness in the midst of despair…that's who you are…
You are the gentle touch in the midst of loneliness…that's who you are…
You are the helping hand in the midst of tragedy…that's who you are…
You are the spirit of love in the midst of conflict…that's who you are…
You are of spirit…that's who you are…

God's Blessings…forever…and always…
