Behold the great star
the sun of man
commanding planets to orbit
on an elliptical plane
like DNA
a mobius strip
(rubber band flip)
energy and light
captured on a string
suspended mid-air
swirling twirling
constantly revolving
inside this thirty-two year old
soft pink shell
my personal garden hel-
iometer granting me powers
to soothe and sedate
to reach beyond this cosmos
and touch the fringe of your universe
