Dear Readers,
Our Spring theme is: Awakening/Spirit, taking time to get in touch with the spirit as the cycle of life renews itself once again.
The first selection by Janet I. Buck, "On Carousels" is a delightful delve into human nature by a very accomplished poet. I too felt guilty for "peeking".
You will find a quirky, fresh look at spirit in Aimee Mardin's "Psyche: A Prose Poem", and Amy Trussell takes us on a mythical journey with the musical "Open Shed".
How many times has someone asked you: If you could go back, what would you do differently? Doris Dooley has the definitive answer in "Reversing Adam".
Next, Christopher Bullard shares with us an interesting perspective of the urban street scene in "Pedestrian".
Haze McElhenny's contemplative poem "Oolong" reminds us of simple pleasures, and to finish our collection, I have taken my own look at rebirth in "Sitting On the Banks of Buffalo Bayou".
Please feel free to comment on our poems in the Moondance Forum or ask questions you may have about poetry. I look forward to hearing from you. Enjoy!
